I recently visited this shop to fix an issue with my iphone. At the time, I was in a hurry and had to travel out of Karachi, so I couldn’t properly check the phone after the initial repair. When I started using the phone later, I noticed that there was still a minor issue. I called Rahim and explained the situation to him. He was very cooperative and asked me to bring the phone back once I returned to Karachi. When I visited again, Rahim repaired the phone without charging me anything extra. I truly appreciate his honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. Now my phone is working perfectly fine. I was on my visit to Pak after a long long time, and got my passwords mixed up on my last day, hence my phone was blocked after so many tries. I was frustrated and scared as everything was on my phone. Someone told me to go at this shop called ishop as I could t find any Apple Store here. My iPhone 15 Pro Max battery became swollen and had to be replaced. During the battery replacement, an unexpected issue occurred where the phone got stuck in a recovery mode loop. I was later informed that the logic board would need to be replaced, which was quite expensive. I spoke with Raahim, who was extremely cooperative, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Very honest two other Iphone service provider gave me the Quote of Rs. 144000 and Rs. 130000 for the replacement of Iphone 17 pro Max screen.
